When People See Her…

When people see her, they often see the professional—calm, knowledgeable, grounded. They see someone who supports others with confidence, someone who guides clients through complex health journeys with clarity and compassion.

What they don’t see is the woman who once ignored her own body so completely that it nearly cost her life.

Years ago, before she was a practitioner, before she truly understood how deeply the body communicates, she was living fast, pushing through exhaustion, dismissing symptoms, and telling herself she “just needed to get on with things.”
Like so many people do.

But then came the symptoms she tried to brush aside. The fatigue she rationalised. The pain she downplayed. The signs she kept minimising because she was busy, overwhelmed, or simply didn’t want to stop.

And ignoring those signs came with a price.
A serious crisis—one that brought her dangerously close to losing her life.

It was a wake-up call that would change everything.

That experience is why she speaks so passionately today about early intervention, body awareness, and the importance of never minimising your symptoms.
It’s why she works so fiercely to educate others on the power of nourishment, prevention, and listening to the signals we are so often conditioned to ignore.

Because she knows firsthand what can happen when you don’t.

Her message today is simple: your body matters, your symptoms matter, and you matter—long before any crisis forces you to notice.
If something doesn’t feel right, don’t wait. Early support doesn’t just change lives… sometimes, it saves them.

That woman was me.

Warmly,
