The Story of Blue Zone Nutrition

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the health and beauty industry, including cosmetic surgery in some of the most renowned cities in the world—London, Paris, Rome, and Milan—collaborating with top surgeons. In 2007, I opened my own skin clinic, where I quickly discovered a powerful link between skin issues and poor diet. This realization led me to pursue a deeper understanding of holistic health, and in 2009, I studied Allergy Intolerance Therapy at The College of Holistic Health & Nutrition.

However, in 2015, despite following a healthy diet, I began to feel very unwell. After numerous tests, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The doctors prescribed a lifelong regimen of thyroid medication, but I had never taken medication for anything, and I wasn’t about to start. This was a turning point for me—I closed my skin clinic and decided to take control of my health. I chose to pursue nutrition as my next chapter, becoming a certified nutritionist.

A decade later, I’m thriving. My thyroid is completely under control, and I have never taken medication for it. I am living proof of the transformative power of nutrition. I have more energy than ever before, and I maintain a healthy weight—proof that true wellness is achievable without relying on pharmaceuticals.

Nutrition has always been a central part of my life, especially as I come from Sardinia, one of the five Blue Zones in the world, where longevity and vitality are woven into the culture. This is why I named my company after this powerful concept. Today, I am dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health using the power of nutrition, just as I did for myself.

My journey has shown me that food truly is medicine. It’s not just a career for me—it’s a passion and a mission to share with others. I believe that with the right nutrition, anyone can unlock their best health and live a life full of vitality and energy.
