It has been associated with a serious eye condition, causing inflammation, high pressure, and in some cases, vision problems.

What concerns me is how far removed we have become from our food.
We want convenience.
We want speed.
We want food ready, now, with no questions asked.
Raw fish on demand.
Delivered to your door.
Handled by how many people before it reaches you?
We rarely stop and think.
Where did this come from?
How was it handled?
Is it fresh?
Is it safe?
It Is Not About Fear
This is not about saying “never eat sushi again”.
It is about awareness.
Because food is not just something we consume.
It is something we interact with.
And how we handle it matters.
The Body Responds
The body is constantly responding to what we eat.
Sometimes quietly.
Sometimes in ways we do not immediately connect.
And sometimes, when we push things too far, it responds loudly.
